Master Builder – Cars is one of the NMRA Achievement Program Certificates

The main requirements are:

• build 8 items of rolling stock
• 4 must be scratch built
• 4 different types of cars must be represented
• 4 must achieve a Merit Award
• at least one item must be a passenger car
