Ballasting I hate it, am rubbish at it i always have been. Honestly if i could get someone else to do it i would. For this attempt i used a fine ballast for the sholders and then went back over with a busch quartz sand beige and white mix to fill between the ties and over the rails. It makes the trackwork look poorly maintained which is exactly what i was going for. Another 3 hours clocked up towards 365 though. These are part done photos i’ll post some photos when i have finished tidying up and added some weathering and weeds
